This Special Issue presents a collection of original research, reviews, and perspectives that highlight the latest developments in clinical microbiology detection, with a focus on novel methodologies and their potential impact on healthcare. The Special Issue covers a wide spectrum of topics related to clinical microbiology detection, including the utilization of cutting-edge microbiology techniques, novel identification technologies, rapid diagnostics, and innovative screening and diagnostic methods. Furthermore, the application of next-generation sequencing and metagenomics in microbial detection and analysis, as well as the monitoring of microorganisms in various clinical settings, are explored in depth. Contributions to this Special Issue showcase the diverse range of research and technological advancements in clinical microbiology detection, addressing the challenges and opportunities in the field.
